The End Of An Era

Eight years ago we packed all our belongings into a Uhaul and drove away from our coastal hometown. We forged bravely into the unknown naively ready to conquer life. We settled into a new state, purchased 9 Little Caesars franchises, and gave it our all. We were up working before the stores were open and often staying in the stores until 2 and 3 in the morning to clean ovens or move food between the locations. We grew the locations from 9 to 15 stores and were shocked at the behind the scene situations like cars driving through lobby windows, employees getting shot while working a shift, employees stealing (emphasis on employees stealing). After eight years of so much blood, sweat, and tears the right offer came along at the right time and we decided to sell. We are going into January 2023 with the excitement of one era closing and new era beginning. We don't know where life will take us just yet but are going to set a goal of completing the renovations in our current home and sharing the process along the way.
